Kim Novecosky, BAC

In her role as Manager, Executive Operations & Firm Administration at Praxis Consulting, Kim applies more than 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant across not-for-profit, academic, unionized, and private sector environments. Throughout her career, she has provided trusted, high-level administrative support to senior executives, bringing both a strategic perspective and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.  In 2018, Kim was honoured with the Saskatchewan Polytechnic President’s Award for Outstanding Service, recognizing her strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to helping things run smoothly.

In addition to her formal education, Kim has completed professional development courses and training in compliance, governance, AI, project management, Indigenous awareness, leadership coaching, mental health, and diversity. This breadth of learning supports her understanding of organizational effectiveness, leadership, and inclusive workplaces. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kim volunteers on the Martensville City Council Accessibility Advisory Committee, supporting efforts to identify and address accessibility barriers to promote inclusive communities for everyone.
